About Andy Blake

Andy Blake is the Founder of ‘Bay Fitness’, where his Boot Camp classes are held in and around the stunning coastline of Croyde & Woolacombe in North Devon & no session is ever the same. He is best known for being the personal trainer to some of the world's top Big Wave surf champions including Andrew Cotton And Garett McNamara.

Not only is he a Level 3 qualified personal trainer & nutritionist, he is also a Fitness yoga instructor. His drive and passion has sent him lecturing, coaching & training athletes of all levels for over 10 years in Devon, France, New Zealand & Fiji!

Along with this he is also a qualified football, tennis & surf coach, so there’s no doubt that Andy knows his stuff and he is passionate about encouraging and motivating you to achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals.

Andy focuses on the core in this 18 minute workout where he guides Simon through a warm up then through exercises for all aspects of the core including isometric, concentric shortening and eccentric lengthening of the deep and superficial muscles of the core.
