Toby Williamson is an award winning Personal Trainer with a background of sport, predominantly rugby, who moved into the world of functional fitness. Pulling together elements used by CrossFitters, sports players and athletes. Toby focuses on efficiency of functional movement across the whole body, through the basic principles of fitness. This lead on to him learning more about mobility, prehab/rehab, looking at how the body functions as a whole, how to prevent injury and move through life as effectively as possible.
