Mercedes takes us back to basics with this class aimed at the novice yogi. By introducing you to some classic and key poses that you’ll find in most yoga classes this session will give the complete beginner the confidence to take the first step in developing your own practise.
Mercedes encourages experienced yogis to rise to the challenge and push the boundaries of your practice to new and wonderful levels. It’s a fun yet demanding 40 minute flow session which sees some advanced balances, twists and deep stretches.
