All Levels Molly explores an effective shoulder tension release sequence designed to leave you feeling much more relaxed and calm. Work deep into the hot spots that tend to tense up like the shoulder heads, back of neck and shoulder blades.
Relax and de-stress while laying on your back as Molly takes you on a guide meditation aimed at getting rid of pent up tensions and blocked energy. Optional Props: A blanket and pillow or bolster for under the knees.
