A long time Vinyasa Flow Yoga instructor and one of the UK's happiest and most creative teachers, Mercedes divides her time between London and Devon.     My new favourite sequence. lots of shoulder opening and hip work which is perfect if you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk. tricky arm balances are made accessible with prep work and step by step instructions. love it, thank you Mercedes!
