Very easy and quick to make, enjoy these tasty Cocoa + Nut power snacks whenever you need a super boost of energy. Great for pre or post workout.
1 Heaped Tbsp Cocoa
3 Tbsp Walnuts
2.5 Tbsp Brazil Nuts
2 handfuls Chopped Dates
1 Heaped Tbsp Cocoa (Cacao) Butter
2 Tbsp Oats
Measure ingredients and pop everything in to a blender until a dough forms. Roll into balls and enjoy!
If the dough is a little wet, add more nuts or oats. If it’s a little dry, add more liquid such as; orange juice, coconut oil or more dates.
