Get the blood pumping with this energetic flow yoga session with Mercedes. This is an hour long creative flow session focusing on opening up the shoulders so expect to explore some fun and demanding poses, cross twists and arm balances. This class will explore an array of ‘party poses’ including standing compass pose, double compass pose, yogi toe lock, eka pada koundinyasana, eka hasta bujasana (and transition to eka pada again!) and a creative sun salutation sequence to keep things juicy and fun.

This one is for more experienced practitioners and always remember to modify the poses according to your own flexibility and strength.
