This beautifully seasonal pesto works wonders with pasta and is light and refreshing to eat. Alternatively, drizzle it on a salad to give it a vibrant taste. Simple to make, with just 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of your time. It really is worth it!
- Large bunch of Wild garlic (use 2 bunches of normal garlic)
- 4 x Tbs Pine Nuts
- 4 x Tbs Nutritional Yeast
- 3 x Tbs Olive Oil
Put everything together in a blender and blitz together until smooth!
Use Pumpkin or Sunflower seeds instead of nuts.
