This October, we will be welcoming the healthy culinary minds of Jennifer Irvine, at The Pure Package. At Yeotown Madeira, ‘Nutrition in Culinary Practice’ retreat we will be focusing on portion control, mindful eating, gut health and the science behind diet. In addition, we will get you ‘hands-on’ in our kitchen and give you tips and tricks to make eating healthy, more practical and doable. 
Founder of The Pure Package, Jennifer Irvine grew up on a self-sufficient farm in the west of Ireland. As a result, she learned early on about the value of natural great-tasting ethical produce and the importance of sourcing and preparing quality healthy food. Here at Yeotown, we harmonise with The Pure Package’s ethos completely, with our medicinal garden, our sprouting veg or the fact that our chefs lovingly create from scratch all your foods, from breakfast to dinner. So at the October retreat, your internal health and wellbeing are always being mindfully considered. Every Yeotini, elixir, snack and main has been designed for your optimum health. 
Our Yeotox program is Yeotown’s modern, more life-enhancing take on a traditional detox. Our guests are immersed in ways of which to achieve greater mindfulness around their health and a better balance in life. The program provides self-care tools for life’s journey within a fun and challenging five-night program. Here at Yeotown Madeira, we will be giving you healthy ways that you can relate to your food. The cost includes accommodation, all food, snack & fresh tonics, coastal hiking, practical nutritional discussion, yoga for both “yogis and non-yogis”, functional fitness training, daily massage on all full days, and the use of our beautiful pool and a host of various other inspiring activities. 

In addition to this, The Pure Package and Yeotown have collaborated on a pescatarian/vegan/vegetarian food package. The Pure Package has kindly given retreat guests £100 off the optional add-on of 10 days of food (5 before the retreat and 5 on return) and a complimentary nutritional consultation. The in-house nutritionists will factor in your health habits, eating preferences, long-term goals, and other lifestyle factors to ensure you receive the best plan for your needs. This will enable you to continue your health journey and reach your health goals even quicker. The package includes three meals and two snacks delivered daily and personalised to your needs.
