This retreat will focus on The Circadian Reset Method, an integrative approach to sleep health, body & mind. Subsequently earning it the name ‘The Future of Sleep Health’. The UK’s First sleep optimisation retreat is a collaboration between Yeotown and Natalie Pennicotte-Collier.
Natalie is the UK’s best sleep expert therapist. She has over 10 years’ experience dedicated to understanding the human nervous system and how we can harness the power of the mind to enhance our sleep, performance and wellbeing.
During the retreat, you will learn how to strengthen your circadian rhythm and rewire your mind for stress reduction and sleep optimisation.
