Viva Las Vegan! Supper Club January 2018
Our first event of 2018 at Yeotown Kitchen. Our Viva Las Vegan! supper club celebrates Veganuary with a talk and Q & A around the amazing mind body benefits of a plant based diet. Following the chat guests will come together to enjoy a delectable, specially curated 3 course vegan dinner alongside a refreshing jar of our signature adaptogenic Yeotonic “Perserverance”.
Hosted by Yeotown Kitchen Co-Founder and expert Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Mercedes Sieff where she will be joined by “The Wild Chef“, Ines Romanelli. Drawing on her wealth of experience as a Vegan Chef, Ines will give an uplifting and inspiring talk around the benefits of eating plant based foods and why they’re so beneficial for both you and the planet.
TEACHER TRAINING IN LONDON WITH MERCEDES, NOV 2017 – MAY 2018
After taking the past 3 years off from her YTT to focus on her own studies of Coaching and Coaching Psychology at the University of Cambridge, Mercedes is excited to be planning a new Yoga Teacher Training for 2017/18 in London, England.
Absolutely. Positively. Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training is a 200hr Yoga Alliance (US) registered course. This unique programme is the first YTT of its kind to combine both Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Positive Psychology, and utilises a strengths based approach to both teaching and practising Vinyasa Flow Yoga. This includes learning how to enhance and use key character strengths such as resilience, courage, curiosity and perspective to inspire both the student’s practice and the teacher’s teachings. Working hard to identify the teacher’s own inherent strengths and unique teaching voice , there will be a strong focus on intelligent and creative sequencing that takes into account the students and their needs and not a teacher’s pre-planned class or agenda.
This 7 month 200hr training will cover aspects such as key postures, alignment, sequencing, simple mantras, anatomy, props and a plethora of effective enhancements and adjustments. There will be discussions and discourse around the roots of yoga, taking into account the hotly debated more recent discoveries and theories around yoga and its history put forth by respected scholars and historians alike. You will learn about the many life enhancing facets of the science of Positive Psychology including easy to apply yet effective tools and exercises. This course will also provide space for coaching one another using various positive psychology approaches and how to use them with your students. It will explore the seminal work of Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi including his findings around “Flow” (a highly focused mental state) and its connection to authentic happiness and a life of flourishing.

WONDER + WATER: LONDON, JUNE 2017
Wonder & Water is an exhibition of Tanya Kazeminy’s beautiful Water Films and a genuinely cool experience. It’s only purpose is to make people happier, more connected to themselves and ultimately more loving in their worlds. You can drop in for 15 minutes of calm during gallery hours (1300-1900 every day) or book online for yoga, meditation or workshops. However long you stay, you won’t want to leave. Feeling this peaceful is addictive!
The walls and floors are dappled with projections and the whole space is sounded with a gorgeous water composition. The effect is an oasis of calm in the heart of Soho. The feeling of peace in the gallery is so palpable that it really only takes 5 minutes of immersion before you will feel your heart rate slow and your breathing deepen.
Within the exhibition are a series of Help Heal The World workshops. They will combine yoga, meditation and – once you are truly out of your head and into your heart – powerful teachings from powerful teachers about how we can all help heal the world, very simply, through love.

4th – 8th May 2016 Yeotox Collaboration with Phil Howard
Victoria Pendleton: Golden Yeotox September 16-20, 2015
In September 2015 double Olympic gold medallist in cycling Victoria Pendleton CBE co-hosted a five day Yeotox with us during which she shared the secrets behind her success with motivational talks on her training and nutrition plans. She worked out, hiked, surfed and yoga’d with our guests and of course led them on an epic 50 mile cycle route known locally as ‘The Beast’. Victoria is such an engaging and down to earth character and we were thrilled to have collaborated with such a dynamic, determined individual.
ANDREW COTTON: LIVE LIFE BIG YEOTOX: JUNE 17-21, 2015
In June we teamed up with Red Bull Sponsored Elite Athlete and Big Wave Surf Champion Andrew Cotton to deliver our Live Life Big Yeotox. Andy brought his own brand of motivation and inspiration to our guests who discovered what it takes to don your wetsuit and paddle out in eighty foot waves! Over the course of his programme our lucky guests did get to try their hand at some surfing at our beautiful local beaches and got the chance to be taught surfing by one of the world’s leading big wave surf champions. A big honor indeed!
NATASHA CORRETT: HONESTLY HEALTHY YEOTOX MAY 6-10, 2015
In May we teamed up with Alkaline eating chef and author Natasha Corrett which gave our lucky guests the chance to enjoy delicious recipes and menus devised by founder of ‘Honestly Healthy’, Natasha herself. It was a particularly tasty retreat where not only did Natasha whip some of the most delightful dinners she also lead in-depth cooking lessons where out thrilled guests got the chance to learn how to make healthy yet yummy meals of their own.
