The holiday season is often referred to as a time of madness. Meditation, even a short one, can help us remove ourselves from the chaos and gain perspective. It helps us to pay attention to what has heart and meaning and not get distracted by things that don’t. Mercedes will guide you in a simple 8 minute meditation using a powerful mudra (hand gesture) that invokes the energy of grounding while at the same time soaring to new possibilities and fresh perspective.
