The beige boardroom has had its day. The enforced fun team-building exercise nobody wanted to do. The offsite that felt exactly like the office, just with worse coffee and a blank wall as a make-shift projector screen.
Teams deserve better. And frankly, so do the businesses they run. We spend upwards of nine hours a day with our colleagues. When those hours are filled with unspoken conflict, misaligned communication, or the low hum of a team that isn't quite working, it doesn't stay at the office. It affects health, performance, and the quality of every decision made. The research is unambiguous on this. So is our experience of sixteen years watching people arrive depleted and leave restored.
Yeotown was built on the understanding that nature, movement, and the right kind of stillness do something to people that no conference room can replicate. We take that same thinking and apply it to the teams who need it most.
Both our Devon and Madeira Island spaces are available for corporate hire. Three days and two nights is the sweet spot. As opposed to simply hiring a space, Yeotown has developed a suite of tried and tested offsite workshops with our in-house team of coaches and psychotherapists. Choose from three core workshops to integrate into your stay, or let us combine them into a programme built around your team's specific needs. See options below.

The space, the land, the kitchen, and the Yeotown table are yours. Bring your own agenda, your own facilitators, and your own plan. We'll take care of everything else: accommodation, meals built around performance and clarity rather than beige buffets, guided hikes, and the kind of environment that makes people think differently.
If you have your own facilitators, know what your team needs and simply want somewhere worthy of the conversation, this is it.
For teams who want more than a change of scenery. Our coaches are practitioners with deep experience in corporate environments, psychotherapy, and somatic whole-body approaches to performance. They will work with you before you arrive to understand where your team is, where it's struggling, and where it needs to grow. The programme is then built entirely around that. Nature, movement, and evidence-based methodology in service of outcomes that last beyond Monday morning.

Not everyone on a team gets along. That's not the goal. The goal is mutual respect, honest communication, and a shared understanding of how to work well together. Our coaches have sat in the boardrooms, run the numbers, and then spent careers understanding what actually makes people function at their best. They bring both worlds with them.
Each session can be taken as part of a fully programmed team realignment or added individually to a dry hire.

Communication:
Most communication problems aren't about what is said. They're about what isn't, what's assumed, and what gets lost in between. Clear Lines works with teams on how they speak and listen to each other: under pressure, across seniority, and in the moments that matter. Participants leave with a shared language for communicating better and the clarity to use it.

Leadership:
Leadership is not a title. It's a practice that starts inward before it goes anywhere else. Lead Within works with leaders and senior teams on the habits, patterns, and blind spots that shape how they show up for the people around them. Drawing on somatic approaches and reflective practice, this session asks the questions that the office rarely has space for.

Team Dynamics:
Designed for teams navigating tension, change, or simply the reality of different people trying to move in the same direction. Common Ground doesn't ask everyone to like each other. It asks everyone to understand each other, to find the working alliance beneath the friction, and to leave with a clearer sense of what it means to be on the same side. This is where it shifts.
