Yeotown Devon

We Don't Retreat.
We Don't Reset.
We Realign.

Devon Haven of Health

Because luxury spa days don't fix burnout...

We don't retreat. We don't reset. We realign.

Retreat is stepping back. Reset is wiping the slate clean, losing the good along with the bad. Realignment is different. It's the process of bringing your body, mind and spirit back into balance, not by starting again, but by working with what's already there. Refining it. Strengthening it. Aligning it. So that how you live, think and feel are no longer in conflict, but in sync.

Not a retreat. Not a reset. A realignment. It's what we have always done for over sixteen years. Set on the wild North Devon coast, our signature five-day Realignment is designed from the ground up to help you feel genuinely different by Sunday than you did on Monday. Stronger. Clearer. More yourself.

Named Best Spa in the Southwest by The Sunday Times, and trusted by hundreds of guests, many of whom come back year after year, this is not the same as a generic wellness retreat or spa hotel break. It's a whole-being realignment.

All-inclusive rates from £2,900.

What can i expect to experience at yeotown devon?

More than a
Wellness Retreat or Reset.
Welcome to the Yeotown Realignment.

The 5-day pause that brings you back to yourself.

Years Ahead of the Trend

We didn't follow the wellness wave. We were already here, quietly getting on with it. Sixteen years of real expertise, tucked in a valley in North Devon, long before green juice became a personality trait.

Forty Acres of North Devon

Our surroundings aren't a backdrop, they're part of the programme. The coast, the countryside and the sheer scale of nature here do something no treatment room can. They remind you to breathe.

You'll Probably
Be Back

We say that not as a sales pitch but because it's simply what tends to happen. Something shifts at Yeotown. Guests leave different, and when life gets loud again, they know where to come. A safe space to return.

Yes, we've won some incredible awards, including Southwest England Spa of the Year by The Times and The Sunday Times. And yes, we've welcomed everyone from Olympians, celebrities and CEOs to stay-at-home parents, people quietly recovering from burnout and illness, and everyone in between. But accolades and guest lists aren't what drive us. What matters to us isn't who comes to Yeotown. It's how they feel when they leave.

Yeotown has sometimes been called a wellness retreat in Devon. It's designed to be something so much more than that. Through expert-led movement, food that actually feeds you, and time spent in nature that goes beyond a walk before lunch, guests experience a genuine transformation.

No extremes. No trends. Just realigning our body, spirit and mind.

How is Yeotown Different from a
Luxury Medical Spa Hotel,
or Weight-loss Bootcamp?

Well to start, everything is included.

Yeotown is not a hotel with a spa attached, or a yoga retreat where you pick and choose sessions. It's a complete realignment programme, designed from the ground up so that everything works together. The movement, the food, the breathwork, the time outdoors, the bodywork, the stillness. None of it is filler. Each element is there because it earns its place, and the results people experience come from the combination, not any single part.

Beginning at £2900 for five days, your stay is fully inclusive: accommodation, all home cooked meals and fresh juices, tonics, daily guided hikes and outdoor excursions, yoga and movement sessions, fitness, sound baths, breathwork, meditation, contrast therapy, sauna and hot tub, massages, and a few things we keep as surprises. When you break it down, the value is genuinely exceptional. But more than that, it's the integrity of the experience that sets it apart. No hidden costs. No booking treatments separately. No decisions to make. Twelve guests maximum. Our full attention, always.

We've been refining this experience for 16 years. The reason people come back, and the reason the Yeotown has been recognised in the way it has, is precisely because we don't dilute it.

Sample Day

What A Day Realigning Looks Like.

Days at Yeotown begin around 7:15am and end with a massage. Everything in between is thoughtfully designed, enough to challenge you gently, enough to restore you deeply. Each day includes a signature outdoor session drawn from the Devon landscape around us. Coastal hikes, river swims, beach dune walks, ocean swims, barefoot movement or a cycle through the countryside, chosen for the season, the weather, and the group.

Some guests arrive depleted. Some arrive fit and ready to push. The experience holds space for both.

Evenings belong to you. The fireplace, the sauna, the hot tub, the sofa. And every full day closes with a massage, a different style each night, because how you recover matters as much as how you move.

Between sessions you'll find nutritional talks, cooking demonstrations and insights from some of the most forward thinking voices in modern health. Practical, evidence-led and genuinely useful long after you leave.

We don't share the schedule in advance. That's deliberate. Being present rather than planning ahead is part of how the Yeotown Realignment works. Some of what guests love most are sessions they never expected, and we intend to keep it that way.

This is not a boot camp. It's not a spa. It's not a medical hotel. We call it a haven of health. Our guests call it life changing.

Devon Seasonal Wellness

No two weeks at Yeotown are the same, because no two seasons are either.

At Yeotown Devon, we run four distinct Seasonal experiences across the year. Each one is shaped by what the body, mind and spirit actually need at that time to be in alignment with each other. Winter is for restoration and going inward. Spring for renewal and building momentum. Summer for openness and fluidity. Autumn for grounding and letting go. Each stay reflects the season you arrive in, and the version of yourself that arrives with it.

Winter, Wellness & You: December, January, February

Winter is a time to restore, strengthen, and recalibrate. During this season we step into alignment by supporting immunity, nervous system balance, and physical resilience through grounding movement, nourishing seasonal food, and restorative practices. Expect strength-building sessions, deep recovery, warming meals, and space to slow the pace without losing momentum. It's about emerging from winter steadier, stronger, and more restored.

Sustenance, Springtime & You: March, April, May

Spring is the season of renewal. Here we align in a way that is designed to gently cleanse, energise, and reawaken the system after winter. Movement becomes lighter and more expansive, menus shift towards fresh, vibrant seasonal produce, and the focus turns to circulation, digestion, and renewed motivation. It's a springtime realignment that helps you shed the heaviness of winter and step forward feeling lighter, brighter, and re-energised.

Water, Wellbeing & You: June, July, August

Summer calls for flow, hydration, and balance. Our summer 5-day experience aligns with fluid movement, outdoor activity, and supporting the body through warmth and increased activity levels. Expect dynamic sessions balanced with recovery, cooling and mineral-rich meals, and time spent in nature and water. It's about maintaining vitality without burnout, staying strong, hydrated, and connected as energy rises.

Anchoring, Autumn & You: September, October, November

Autumn is a time to ground, consolidate, and prepare. This experience aligns with the transition into the darker months by focusing on stability, strength, and nourishment. Movement becomes more grounded, meals more warming and nutrient dense, and the emphasis shifts towards building reserves rather than draining them. It's about finding balance, restoring rhythm, and entering winter feeling anchored rather than depleted.

Conscious Cuisine

The Yeotown Table

Food at Yeotown Devon is built around one simple idea: that your energy should come from what you eat, not despite it. We work with local Devon farmers we know and trust, sourcing seasonal produce that's as fresh and nutrient-dense as possible. The menu is plant-forward with sustainable fish, high in protein and fibre, and completely free from refined sugar and processed ingredients. Desserts do in fact make an appearance. Just sweetened with fruit, maple syrup or natural sweetness rather than anything that undoes the work you're doing.

We ask guests to reduce coffee and refined sugar for a few days before arrival, mainly to avoid the withdrawal headaches that can take the edge off the first day or two. In their place you'll find matcha, green and white teas, enough antioxidants to keep you sharp without the crash.

No processed foods. No fads. Just food that genuinely feeds you.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely. Many guests come solo. The Yeotown Realignment is designed so that arriving alone feels completely natural. From the outset, you’ll be welcomed into a warm, supportive environment where it’s easy to connect with others, while still having plenty of space for personal alone time and reflection. What should I pack?

Comfortable layers, good walking shoes, a swimsuit, and an open mind. We'll send a full packing guide on booking. Devon’s climate is mild but changeable year-round, so it’s best to come prepared for all seasons in a day. Layers and waterproof layers are your friend.
