A restorative retreat in Devon bringing together psychotherapy, wellbeing and nature. A space to slow down, explore greater self-understanding and discover new ways to navigate stress, change, relationships and the challenges of everyday life.
Reserve NowThis collaboration brings together Yeotown’s approach to wellbeing with Julia’s experience in psychotherapy creating a retreat centred around self-understanding, reflection and meaningful connection.
Together, we’ll explore how developing a deeper understanding of ourselves can support us through stress, change, relationships and the challenges that life inevitably brings.
The intention is to create a space where you can step away from the pace of everyday life, slow down and give yourself the time and attention that can so easily get lost in the busyness of daily life.
Alongside guided sessions and conversations with Julia, the retreat will offer a gentle rhythm of movement, reflection, nature and restorative practices.
There will be time to listen, learn and explore, balanced with plenty of space to simply be.
Across the retreat, we’ll weave in:
Everything is thoughtfully curated, but nothing is designed to feel rushed.
Set in beautiful Devon, the retreat offers the chance to step away from the usual routines and reconnect with the natural world.
There will be time to walk, breathe, explore and enjoy the landscape around you, allowing nature and the slower pace of the retreat to become part of the experience.
Sometimes having the space to pause and notice what is going on beneath the surface is where the most meaningful shifts can begin.
Nourishing food will be an important part of the retreat, with meals providing time to come together, slow down and connect.
There will be plenty of opportunity for relaxed conversation, shared experiences and the simple pleasure of being around a table with others, without the usual distractions of everyday life.
This retreat is an invitation to pause and turn your attention inwards.
To understand yourself a little more deeply. To explore the things that may be affecting how you feel, think and relate to others. And to create some space around the demands, expectations and noise of everyday life.
The hope is that you leave feeling more connected, to yourself, to others and to what matters to you.
