Winter Warming Vinyasa Flow Long Weekend with Mercedes Sieff

Yeotown Devon, North Devon

Thursday 7 to Sunday 10 January 2027

Begin the new year on the mat, in the warmth of Yeotown's North Devon farmhouse. For this long weekend Mercedes takes over the whole of Yeotown Devon, our multi-award winning home in the hills a few miles from the coast, for a weekend designed for the yoga lover.

The Weekend

Expect full spectrum Vinyasa Flow with Mercedes, a pioneer of Vinyasa Flow Yoga in the UK, a coastal hike, and nourishing, colourful food. As always on Mercedes' retreats, the menu is delicious and full of colour.

Everything is included: every yoga session, rustic luxury accommodation, all your meals, snacks and drinks, and the coastal hike.

If you'd like extra treatments, our team of bodywork therapists offers Reiki, Thai Yoga massage, Tuina, acupuncture, reflexology, hot stone massage, cupping and facials, plus a healthy cooking lesson. The full menu is sent on booking, and treatments need to be reserved in advance.

The House

Before Yeotown became what it is, it was Mercedes and Simon's much-loved weekend country home. Every room has been individually designed in a rustic, English country style, and each is named after a character strength from Positive Psychology, from Gratitude and Courage to Wisdom and Curiosity.

Choose from Classic Farmhouse Rooms, the Lodge Room, the Farmhouse Suite, Threshing Barn Rooms, Eco-Lodges, or the private Love & Be Loved Cottage.
